Our Windows VPS plans are sized WS to WXXL with higher memory allocations. If you run business apps, databases, or Remote Desktop workloads, we recommend starting at WS or WM. Contact us if you need help choosing.
How long does it take to deliver my VPS?
Windows VPS deployment is fast and automated. Once provisioned, you'll receive RDP credentials to connect and start installing your applications.
Why is the minimum RAM 6 GB?
Windows Server requires more memory for stable performance, especially with RDP sessions and background services. We set a 6 GB minimum to ensure reliable operation.
Can you help with Windows licensing?
Yes. We include Windows Server licensing in the plan and can advise on workloads that require SQL Server or RDS licensing.
Do you offer Linux VPS?
Yes. We offer separate Linux VPS plans with Ubuntu, Debian, and Rocky images. Choose Linux VPS if you need a lighter footprint.
How long is my server contract?
You are on a monthly contract, with billing from the first to the last day of each month. When placing an order, you will be billed pro rata for the current month. You can cancel at any time with no long-term commitment.
Where are the VPS servers hosted?
All VPS servers and associated services are hosted in our Manchester data center in the UK. We utilize enterprise-grade Dell and HPE hardware with direct connectivity to LINX (London Internet Exchange) for optimal performance.
Is my data secure?
Your data is stored on enterprise NVMe SSDs in RAID 10 configuration for maximum redundancy. However, you are responsible for your backups. We offer automated backup solutions and snapshots to ensure continuity of service even in the event of hardware failure.

What is your policy regarding IP addresses?
Each VPS is provided with a public IPv4 address at no extra cost. IPv6 addresses are also available. Additional IPv4 addresses are available for an additional charge if required for your specific use case.
Can I upgrade my VPS later?
Yes! You can easily upgrade your VPS to a larger plan at any time through our control panel. Upgrades are seamless and typically require only a brief reboot. Our team can also assist you with the upgrade process.
